Hatters U21s field three trialists but Portsmouth come out on top
Luton Town U21s went down 2-1 against Portsmouth in a friendly clash on the south coast this afternoon.
The Hatters fielded three trialists in their starting 11, as they went into the half time break trailing 1-0, Haji Mnoga racing into the area to convert Harry Kavanagh's cross.

Pompey did double their lead on 69 minutes when Ben Close found the net following some neat link-up play involving Alfie Stanley and Mnoga.
Late on, Coree Wilson pulled one back for the Hatters, but it was to prove a consolation.
