Brabin enters ‘not guilty’ plea
The charges have been brought by North Yorkshire Police following an incident in Luton Town’s game against York City at Bootham Crescent in April.
Brabin was dismissed during that game after a fiery exchange with York assistant manager Darron Gee before being escorted from the field by stewards, one of whom is alleged to have broken a finger in the incident.

The authorities are now looking to fix a date for trial.
Brabin’s solicitor also requested that the case be moved away from the York and Selby area, which will be considered in due course.
A case management hearing is due to be held, again at Selby Magistrates, on Wednesday, December 7.
