ATHLETICS: Super silver for Lewis
A favourite to win a medal, Lewis was up against a formidable opponent in Ben Dijkstra of Leicestershire who has been unbeaten at cross-country in 2014.
Alongside Alexander Lee of London, the three led the field of more than 300 competitors over the 5.2km course.Dijkstra made his break late on to win in 18.46mins, six seconds clear of Lewis.

Hide AdThey will compete against each other again this Saturday in Bolton at the English Schools Championships.
Luton AC athletes who had gained selection from Luton and County trials were well represented too.
In the Junior boys race, Luke King finished 53rd and Callum Gardner 111th. Harry Wells was 159th in the Intermediate boys and Rhys Lewis 150th in the Senior boys race.
They all contributed to Bedfordshire easily winning the Sussex Trophy from 10 competing small counties.

Hide AdLuton girls also performed well with Hannah Farmer 110th and Sophie Billington 117th in the Senior girls race.
Amalia and Adeya Edwards were 185th and 264th respectively in the Intermediate girls race, with Jasmin Watson 334th, while Georgia Nunn was 269th in the Junior girls race.
