Luton’s Community Policing team secure three-month closure on High Town property

Officers conducted a warrant in Berkeley Path yesterday (Wednesday) following reports of anti-social behaviour and drug offences.
As a result, a three-month closure order on a property was secured and the occupants have been safeguarded.

Hide AdThe Luton Community Policing team is working with a number of partners on the Safer Streets Project, funded by the Home Office, to tackle issues such as burglary, exploitation of sex workers and anti-social behaviour in the High Town area of Luton.
Recently officers conducted a weekend of action as part of the Safer Streets Project, conducting five stop searches, issuing warnings for drugs possession and soliciting offences, securing intelligence reports and signposting 10 vulnerable people to support services.
