If you are passionate about education there could be just the job for you at The Shared Learning Trust

The family of five schools has a wide variety of teaching and staff positions available.

The roles offer all types of opportunities from part time supervisors, ideal for parents who are looking for term time roles, to those looking to take on a small or large job in finance or HR. The trust is also constantly expanding its teaching teams with several positions available.

The trust focuses on staff development and offers training to complement and further careers, such as NPQ training. This encourages their teachers to take the next step in their teaching careers.

The Trust

The Shared Learning Trust is a family of schools based in Luton and Central Bedfordshire.

The trust currently comprises a lower school, two primary schools and two secondary schools with a sixth form. It is responsible for education of 4,500 pupils, aged from 2-19. The trust offers exceptional opportunities for all to develop a passion for learning.

Jay Powell, Recruitment Officer, said: “We aim to recruit outstanding people who have the right attitude. If you have a love for teaching and are passionate about seeing our children and young adults succeed, we would love to hear from you!”

“We are always keen to hear from educators who are passionate about working for the schools and communities we serve. We would rather make no appointment than appoint someone who does not share the same positive ethos that runs through our academies. For this reason, we try to articulate clearly our vision, values and expectations when putting together information for applicants.”
