Marriott signs contract extension with Luton
The 20-year-old had signed a one year deal after joining from Ipswich Town in the summer, but a prolific pre-season campaign, followed by a double in the 3-1 Capital One Cup win over Bristol City saw Hatters quickly offer him a longer stay.
Marriott’s new contract also includes triggers that could see it extended for a further two years until June 30, 2019.

“Like I said when I first came to the club, I pride myself on my goal-scoring and my all round game is getting better and better every week so hopefully I’ll get more chances, more time to play and continue with some more goals.
“I’m just hoping to get in the team when I can and do well for the team.”
