Doyle should return for Shrimpers clash
The 28-year-old missed last weekend’s 3-0 win over Hartlepool after picking up an injury in the 0-0 draw at Dagenham as boss John Still said: “I think Doyle might be fit, so that will be good, that’s a plus.
“It’s nice to say someone’s fit as opposed to someone’s injured, so if Doyle’s fit that will give us something to think about.”

Still continued: “He’s (Griffiths) fine. He rests a little bit between games, but having our normal back four has been a big plus.
“If we can get Doyle in front of them and their organisation, that’s another plus.
“He’s (Tyler) close to being ready, but I don’t think we would make any changes there at the moment as Elliot has done particularly well and Mark hasn’t had enough games, so I think we’ll leave it as it is.

Meanwhile, although Alex Lawless has resumed training after suffering shingles, he won’t be available to feature.
Still added: “He is back in training, he’s not bad, he’s not fully up to speed and is a bit tired, but he is getting back to some sort of level of fitness.
“If we got in the play-offs he would be available for that.”
