Thameslink is on track to help NOAH
Luton station managers Joe Healy and Sam Bowler put together a programme which included interview techniques, the possibilities of work outside the town, a trip to Hornsey depot and a chance to lunch with and meet the network’s senior team in London – something they hadn’t experienced before.
Sam said: “It’s all about building confidence. It’s quite humbling to see a man actually stand taller and prouder as the day goes on.

NOAH participant David said the best part of the programme was the trip to Thameslink HQ which had helped him consider the different jobs available.
NOAH boss Jim O’Connor said: “We greatly appreciate the support and mentoring provided.”
