Hightown delivers record number of new affordable homes in 2023/24
Hightown Housing Association developed 664 new affordable homes in the year ending March 2024. Hightown operates across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire and this is the largest number of new affordable homes the Association has built in one year.

The new homes include 469 for affordable and social rent, 23 for intermediate rent and 147 for shared ownership with the remaining 25 homes for supported housing.
