Mela celebrating diversity
The free event drew crowds of 20,000 last year and promises a host of local, national and international talent this time around.
As well as entertainment showcasing the culturally diverse communities of the town, the event also features funfair rides for adults and children, children zone with fun activities, arts, crafts, a variety of stalls and array of food stalls.

Hide AdConfirmed acts include Lehmeber Hussainpuri, Britain’s Got Talent finalists Signature, Navin Kundra Raghav, Arjun, Nesdi Jones, Punjabi MC, Indi and The Vegas, New Groove Formation, Ryan Prazer and Exit Black, The Craicheads and more from the Hertfordshsire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas.
Aside from the main stage, there’s also the alternative #1m0n2 sponsored by Love Music Hate Racism. Some 22 artists from all cultural backgrounds will be performing on the stage over the two days.
All ages are welcome to go along and enjoy the weekend of music and dance and to meet people from different backgrounds and celebrate the diversity of the acts performing.
The event is supporting Keech Hospice as its chosen charity this year.
